Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your item to any D&K Suit City location with your original receipt and order number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn suit or accessory back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a store associate.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
